Terms of service
Effective 14 October 2026 · Terms and information about how this service handles personal data.
1. Operator and service
These terms govern blooming, operated by dotdotlab (representative Seil Oh, business registration 623-10-03148). The service provides clinic and doctor information, consultation requests, scheduling, online preliminary consultations and clinic messages.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information and use your own account. Impersonation, unauthorized account access, unlawful collection or disclosure of personal information and interference with the service are prohibited. Contact support if you suspect misuse. Minors may need a legal guardian’s consent as required by applicable law.
3. Medical information
blooming is not a medical institution and does not provide surgery or medical treatment. Published information can change. Recommendations do not guarantee safety or clinical outcomes. Confirm diagnosis, suitability, final costs and precautions with your clinic. In an emergency, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for a reply in this app.
4. Appointments
A request is not a confirmed appointment until confirmed by the clinic. Times use the time zone shown on screen. Use the consultation screen or support to request changes or cancellations. Online preliminary consultations do not replace an in-person medical examination.
5. Photos and messages
Only submit material you are authorized to share. Patient video snapshots and sharing with the treating clinic require separate consent. Do not publish or reuse shared information without permission. Messages are for coordination, not emergency care.
6. Notifications
Consultation reminders and clinic messages are available in the inbox. Push delivery requires a supported device, permission and connected delivery service. Device settings or network conditions can delay or prevent delivery. Advertising requires separate optional consent. Check your appointment list for important dates.
7. Payments and refunds
When payment is offered, the payee, total, deposit, provider and cancellation terms will be displayed before payment. The refund policy and disclosed conditions apply without limiting statutory consumer rights. Deleting an account does not cancel appointments or request refunds.
8. Availability and restrictions
Necessary restrictions or interruptions may apply for security, maintenance, unlawful use or service interference. Where possible, we explain the reason and duration. You may appeal through support. The operator remains responsible for its own acts as required by applicable law.
9. Closing accounts, changes and disputes
You may request account deletion in Settings. Records subject to legal retention or unresolved transactions are handled separately. Material changes will be announced before taking effect, with additional notice or consent where required. Contact support first to resolve concerns; applicable dispute-resolution procedures remain available.
